I never really considered myself a photographer. It was more a function of my writing and a way to capture the occasional scene that I wanted to remember. However, I started receiving positive feedback for my work from editors and manufacturers alike. So, I decided there might be something there and started working to better myself in the discipline.
Over time, I found that I really enjoy the artistry of photography and have continued working towards bettering myself in the field. Whether I will ever get as good as I would like to be remains to be seen. But I do enjoy trying.
